Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Yes, this light is motion sensor compatible. These can be purchased from most Electrical Wholesalers.
The Barn Light is to be wired into the main lighting circuit. The Light is motion-sensor compatible (not supplied). An E27 bulb is a screw bulb; the strength is dependant on the wattage you purchase. We would recommend the light is installed by an Qualified Electrician.
Yes you can get a replacement glass shade for the Barn Light. You can find it on our website using the code LAGL004.

The Carbon colour is a very dark grey, almost black. The finish on this is matt.
Product LABK01: The barn lamp didn't work and will be returned, I don't know if this was a one off or normal hopefully the replacement when it arrives will be fine.
Service: The barn lamp didn't work but on contacting Garden Trading the customer services were quite happy to send another. I haven't yet tested the returns policy completely, hopefully it will work well

I recently bought 3 GT 'Belfast Lights' in Steel from John Lewis, but wanted a smaller version for adjacent to our front door, hooray for the 'Barn Light' from GT On-line!
Unfortunately when they arrived they were a completely different colour to my previous purchases. On contacting Customer Servives I was told that the John Lewis colour was a 'special', done only for them and that none of the On-Line colours would match.
Obviously I'm really disappointed as both lights are lovely and are great colours!
Customers Services came back to me quickly and were very apologetic - I just need to decide what to do!
I've rated 'poor' as I'm not sure that speciality colours are a good idea, especially when so many people check out 'the real thing' in shops before ordering on-line.

Service: We were in and the driver didn't knock on the door. Then my alternative delivery directions on your website were ignored. I had reatramged the order and my alternative delivery direction on dpd were ignored. I ended up ring up garden trading who dealt with the delivery company directly. When the delivery arrived it was incorrect and your customer services arent open st a weekend. I now need to return goods I didn't order and get a refund. This is appalling service
Product LACL02: Love this light - had one before but son smashed it with a football. If it had just been the glass, we could have bought a replacement but he'd smashed the fitting inside as well! Liked it enough to buy it twice though.
