Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Yes, we do provide spacers with this Post Box to avoid this issue.

I chose this box for it's contemporary looks and tthat the lock is hidden under the lid. It seems to be a decent quality steel and the grey, although slightly lighter, goes well enough with our window frames etc.
Haven't fixed it to wall yet, hence hesitation on 5 stars.

Online ordering was straightforward and delivery as expected.
I contacted customer services because the item I received was faulty, and I followed up the initial telephone conversation with an email including photos of the problem. I had an immediate reply to my query and confirmation that a replacement item was to be delivered on next day delivery.
The replacement item was delivered promptly but the outer packaging was damaged in one corner and on opening the contents I found slight damage to the contents as a result.
I contacted customer services immediately, again backing up with email and photos. Again, the response was immediate and I was able to agree a satisfactory outcome. I can not fault the speedy, efficient manner in which the team dealt with my query.
The delivery service was informative and prompt.
However attention needs to be paid to the handling of goods during that delivery process, because despite my second parcel having two ''FRAGILE handle with care' labels on it, it was damaged.

Website was obstructive when I tried to buy the mailbox and then it wasn't easy to get a phone number in order to sort things out. After that it was all VERY IMPRESSIVE. Delightful people and excellent progress details. The mailbox is just what I expected - better in that the colour match with my paintwork is spookily good - and short of sending me a man with a masonry drill ( I've found one!) GT couldn't have done better.
Easy access to a telephone number would be really helpful. I appreciate that nobody wants nuisance calls from bored grannies but grannies with lolly might well go elsewhere if frustrated by the system.
