Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. There is only mesh around the side of the fire pit not for the top - there is also no cover unfortauntely.
We would not recommend to use this on a decking.

It was delivered ok though delivery took some time and I have rated them 4 stats as the communication was not very good about delivery. I logged on to see where my order was and it said it was due January (I'd expected it in Dec). I then did an online chat with them and was told it would be dispatched next week (ie in Dec) so I thought the system was confusing and not v dynamic. Appreciate it's difficult times though. I would buy from them again!
