All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. I've consistently rated Graden Trading pretty highly, but my recent purchase has left me less than impressed. Back in December 2020, I wanted to buy a Foscot Fire Pit in a medium size. It was unfortunately out of stock with a expect date of late March. Not a big problem, and I signed up for a stock alert.
On March 17th, I received a notification that the fire pit was back in stock and that morning made the purchase. At the time of purchasing, the fire pit was clearly stated as 'in stock', and that day, I had an order update saying it and a couple of smaller items where being dispatched for delivery the following week.
The delivery arrived earlier than expected on Saturday, but unfortunately without the fire pit. On Monday 22nd, after a brief webchat, I called their mainline and spoke with a very helpful team member. However, they told me that the firepit was actually on pre-order with the delivery of late-May.
CS offered me a reduced price for an in-stock larger size, but it is pretty big and almost twice the price! I dont think I'll go with their offer.
I know we're in 'unprecedented times' and garden furniture is popular, but this has been a very disappointing and annoying transaction.

Great quality and style at a very good price . I would have given 5 stars but when the items arrived in the post the packaging for the brush was so big you could have fitted 5 brushes in the box and at a time when we are all worrying about the environment I think possibly that can be taken into account. Will definitely use garden trading again!
