We have reduced our Garden Trading team following government guidelines and so deliveries are taking a little longer than normal. Please bear with us whilst we work to safely deliver your order as soon as we can. Orders placed using standard UK Delivery are currently taking up to 7 working days to dispatch. We’ll keep you updated should this change, thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: My sister ordered the garden thermometer in November for a Christmas present for me. She received an email to say it had been sent out. I queried after a few weeks as to where it was. My sister rang and was told it was out of stock and therefore would not be with me for Christmas. Disappointing on both sides as my sister lives far away from me and therefore was not able to arrange a suitable replacement in time plus you had debited her account. It arrived today 31st December and I am very pleased with it. It’s of the usual good quality Garden Trading items I already have and can’t wait to now put it up in the garden. Just disappointed re the out of stock situation.
