Delivery Costs:
If you have purchased an item that requires courier delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, for deliveries from Thursday November 5th we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. Courier collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time. Pre-order items will be delivered up to 14 days after the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Unfortunately at present we do not sell the benches and the stools individually.

Yes, the Chilson set is weatherproof. We would recommend the item is stored under a cover to prolong its life.
A pot of oil and cloth is included. We advise this is used every 6-12 months.

The Large Chilson Set is due back into stock in the next week or so, and it will then be made available for purchase on the website.
If left in direct sunlight the cement fibre top will become warm to touch.
Due to the nature of the wood, the colour can vary slightly, however recent stock has been more weathered/grey in colour as opposed to orange.
We do sell furniture covers for our outdoor furniture and sofa sets. We do recommend that the Chilson Set is covered when not in use, and during the Winter months.
Product CTCT01: Looks absolutely gorgeous - exceeded my expectations. Really easy to assemble, just needed to connect the legs. The delivery service unpacked it all and took away the boxes, they even lay it out so it was in the right position to assemble. It is extremely heavy though so be aware as it was too heavy for my husband and I to lift once built - I had to get my brother in to help!

The service for an expensive outdoor furniture set was poor, through no fault of the staff of GT. Upon delivery it was made clear that the price tag did not include assembly. although true to say that this is on their website it is not made transparent at checkout.
If we had been an elderly couple, or in any way infirm, we could not have done this ourselves and would have had in excess of £1500 of furniture on the patio unassembled.
GT should offer an assembly service, one would not mind paying extra for it and make it clear at checkout rather than through a tab on the website.
