Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Despite a severe mishap of original delivery (courier at fault not Garden Trading) they resent complete order on next day delivery. Excellent customer service, thrilled with products will definitely use again : just waiting for products to come back in stock.

Service: I had two items on pre-order in the same order. The first arrived as expected. The second arrived a few days later, though I had to contact customer services as there was no delivery note or email to say they were arriving in two deliveries. However, the wrong items were sent for the second delivery and, despite two emails to customer services, I am still waiting for an answer to resolve this issue.
