Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. I found them most helpful but would like to add we do need a few more colour choices on the patio suites e.g. the 4 piece like the 2 piece in Dorset blue, that was my choice but had to go for the cream with a touch of grey. Overall great service and i like the product. Would love them to source more garden accessories e.g. solor lighting for the garden and some small elegant iron characters for tables ext.
