Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product TRWO07: I called your office on 13 March to advise that when we unpacked the Butler's tray as soon as we went to open out the base, two of the cross straps broke immediately. This is very disappointing as the straps were only glued on and the glue does not work very well. As we are based in the Outer Hebrides, and delivery to us is difficult we bought glue ourselves and glued the straps back on, rather than returning the butler's tray. However, if we experience any further problems we will be in touch to ask for a replacement. On Butler's trays which we already have the support straps are more robust and do not on glue to hold the tray together.
Service: Your staff were courteous and helpful - particularly regarding delivery which was to the Outer Hebrides. We are delighted that you did not charge us delivery charges.
