2 PERSON DELIVERY

For products that exceed size or weight limits, we offer a specialist delivery service.

The team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. If your property has any access restrictions, please add this to your order notes and make our team aware when they contact you. Items will be delivered to your room of choice, providing there are no access issues, and it is safe for our delivery team to do so.

In the case of large furniture sets, packaging will be removed. Please make sure to fully check the product and ensure that you are fully satisfied, before asking for the packaging to be removed. Unfortunately, we are not able to send you new packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without it. We are unable to offer an assembly service.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Your despatch email will contain the chosen courier and tracking number to enable the tracking of your parcel in the lead up to delivery.
