Our on-site team are committed to ensuring that orders are delivered to our customers safely. Our distribution team are following strict hygiene practices to protect themselves and our customers, whilst our couriers are operating to a “contact free” delivery process, where customers will not be asked to sign for their deliveries.
If you have purchased an item that requires Two-Man delivery, such as our larger furniture items and sofa sets, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. During this call we will discuss whether the order should be left outside, or the desired location of the furniture and necessary access. If you have purchased indoor furniture and you feel comfortable with the delivery team entering your property to put the item in place then they will endeavour to do so, adhering to social distancing at all times.

OUR SHOWROOM AND CLICK & COLLECT
In order to keep all our staff and visitors safe, please take note of the below safety precautions in place before visiting our Carterton Showroom.
We ask that only 2 people are to enter the showroom at any one time and that you stay 2 metres away from Staff and the main desk.
Please ring the doorbell before entering, and a member of the team will be right with you. We ask that you use the hand sanitiser provided at the bottom of the stairs before entering the showroom, feel free to also use the masks and gloves provided if you wish.
We ask that you refrain from touching any of the products in our showroom, please ask a member of Staff for assistance. All transactions will be contactless.
