Our on-site team are committed to ensuring that orders are delivered to our customers safely. Our distribution team are following strict hygiene practices to protect themselves and our customers, whilst our couriers are operating to a “contact free” delivery process, where customers will not be asked to sign for their deliveries.
If you have purchased an item that requires Two-Man delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. Two-Man collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time. OUR SHOWROOM AND CLICK & COLLECT
To ensure the well-being and safety of both our customers and staff, our showroom remains closed. We love meeting our customers so hope to see you again very soon.
