Standard UK Delivery orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please note, our Next Day and Named Day delivery options are currently unavailable.

Pre-order items will be delivered up to 14 days after the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Large Furniture Delivery:

If you have purchased an item that requires courier delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements.

Returns:

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning.
