Returns:

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Question: Is the collection weatherproof?

Answer: Yes, the Chilson is weatherproof. We would recommend the item is stored under cover to prolong its life.

Question: Does the top get hot to touch in the sun?

Answer: If left in direct sunlight the cement fibre top will become warm to touch.

Question: How would you fix a scratch on the cement fibre?

Answer: You could try using some wax and a soft cloth to disguise the appearance of the scratch.

Question: How would you recommend to clean the cement fibre top?

Answer: A pot of oil and cloth is included. We advise this is used every 6-12 months.
