Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product PBCO02: Unfortunately it does not live up to expectations. The lid is flimsy, wonky and doesn’t fully close, the screws that came with the set weren’t big enough to secure it to the wall. Also there are only two screw holes - for such a large box there needs to be another fixing at the bottom. Finally the lock doesn’t feel very safe. Overall a disappointing and over priced purchase - the only reason I haven’t returned it was because we needed a post box straight away!

Product PBCO02: Not really. The box is not secure. Once locked with the key, the box could be adjusted slightly, to allow the lid to open, thus defeating the object.
