Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product BDEN03: Beautiful butter dish that is just the right size for a pat of butter. It is a shame the wooden lid is not sealed in some way as greasy marks from the butter stain it. But I am willing to live with this as I love everything else about it.
Service: Great Products, but arrived with huge quantity of non recyclable packaging which in this day and age is unacceptable. You need to find a way of getting your goods to us without further adding to the climate and ecological crisis.

I ordered several items as a wedding gift and when I unpacked the box noticed one item was damaged. I emailed Customer Services that evening to let them know. The next day after an email and short phone call the damaged item was reordered and delivery was organised within two days.
The person I spoke to was helpful and efficient.

Product BDEN05: The lid is untreated wood and so shows any greasy finger marks which is a bit disappointing but I love the colour and it takes a full pack of butter easily.
Service: The service was very good keeping me well informed of the order's progress. the delivery was arranged with a specific hour slot and the driver arrived 5 mins into the slot time which was brilliant and very helpful when organising your day.
