Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service:
The top of the Morton Slatted Stotage Unit was damaged in two places when I received it on 27th of March. I sent an email as soon as I had openned it and seen this. At about 4pm on the 29th appoligising and offering to deliver a replacement by Wednesday. I replied that day accepting this. On Wednesday lunchtime I had heard no more, so emailed asking what was going on. I received an email latter that day claiming I had not replied, although I had attached my reply of the 29th. I sent another email repeating this. I was then told my original acceptence had not come through. Investigation at the server shows the original email was successfully delivered to Garden Trading. I was then told it would be delivered today, the 2nd of April, and that I would receive an email from the carrier. As I type this 11 am on Friday the 2nd of April nothing has come from the carrier.
Hopeless, and I don't trust the company. I was interested inb some of their other products but will not use again.
