Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: Delighted with the product and delighted with the service but really disappointed by the courier, a firm called DPD. They sent a text informing that they would deliver on a certain day but nothing turned up, At the end of that day I received another text confirming my request for delaying the delivery - which I most emphatically hadn't done. DPD has played exactly the same game on numerous occasions in the past. I live on Holy Island which has a causeway, so access needs to be planned but tide times are published a year in advance and on the day they were due to deliver, the causeway was open all day until 3pm. I don't have a problem with them taking longer to deliver here than they would other places but I do object to repeatedly being told that I have requested a postponement of the delivery when I have done no such thing just because it covers up their inefficient planning (and no doubt improves their failed delivery stats)
Product LAHP03: Pays to good direct to the main supplier of this product as I had bought it from another company only to find the bulb and holder did not fit. Returned to product and had to involve Amazon to get a refund!
