Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. This light has not been IP rated, as it has been designed and tested for indoor use only, and is not suitable for use within a bathroom.

Service: Lovely lights and really well packaged- great quality thankyou. The outside galvanized lights were just what I was looking for- nice rustic look and heavy weight- perfect for my coastal garden studio. I also purchased 2 plaster sconces that I can paint any colour I choose so loving them also- again well packaged. Cannot wait to get them up.
Product LAST01: The description says irreplaceable led light bulbs and driver, however of the incomplete order I have received so far, there are no lights bulbs included. Otherwise seem reasonable
Service: My items were marked as dispatched but when I checked with the tracking provided they had not been dispatched. I then got an email a couple of days later to inform me some of my items had been shipped, but I would have to wait a number of weeks before the rest will be shipped. I have not received those items yet.
