Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Good service, but had problems with DPD. I was told by GT that the parcel was coming on Wednesday so arranged to be at home. DPD did not send a courier out until Thursday. I left instructions for parcel to be left in a safe place, but they didn't leave it so I had to rearrange delivery and cancel my electrician who was booked in to put the lights up on the Friday. But the products are great.

Service: website easy to use and clear, delivery on time and was left even though I wasnt in as I had asked - this often does not happen in France - I really liked the lights and they were exactly as shown, they came with all that was needed to fit them.
Product : I think the colour clay is misleading. I bought an outside light from Garden Trading and it's clay but a beige/grey colour, these lights are definitely green. Not really what I would have chosen but they were installed before I checked the colour. Apart from the colour, they are good quality and lovely lights.
