Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product LAPA04: Best if you hang it lower than my electrician did. Not totally his fault as I'd asked that it didn't hang lower than the one he was replacing as it's on a landing at the top of a narrow and steep flight of stairs. He took me literally and it would look much better if it was about 6 inches lower. Looks rather lost close to the ceiling. My fault, obviously, not yours but worth knowing?

Service: Unfortuneatly the product was to large and had to be returned, thats when all my problems started, not a very good returns service.

Service: I wanted to place an order for two items. Only one was in stock, which I ordered and was delivered, so this was OK. I left an enquiry on the website on the other item, Double Paris Light in Glass Pendant, but no response. The other thing is that while free delivery was promised there was 20 pounds added on for delivery as I don't like in the UK. This is bad enough if I had one order, but if the second item is available and I order it, I will be landed with a second 20 pounds delivery charge. This is pretty disappointing to me. So overall, my experience is not what I would have expected.
