Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product BAFE01: This felt basket is just so lovely! It caught my eye because of the design and colour. I ordered it to store kindling wood, the flexibility of the basket means it tucks in perfectly where I want it. I am trying to think of an excuse to buy another as it really is lovely. Would highly recommend!

Product BAFE01: Lovely item, great quality and larger than I expected.
Service: Ordered several products for priority weekend delivery, paying premium price for this. Part of the order was delivered on the wrong day, and did not include the items I ordered. This meant I had to arrange to pack and return these. The rest of my order arrived after the weekend and was left in the wrong place by the courier, despite clear instructions. I ended up cancelling the rest of my order as I did not want any more hassle. GT did resolve the problems I encountered via e-mail, but I would certainly think twice before ordering from them again. Disappointing.
