Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Overall very happy with my purchase. Very stylish looking pet food bins - definitely the best out there. Only downside is that one bin was slightly crushed in transit, we were able to push it back into shape, but not perfectly meaning that I don't think the lid is 100% sealed when in place. This is fine because we're using that bin for cat litter, but if it was for food I would probably have to return because if the lid doesn't sit right the food would likely go stale.
