Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. This is made from a tough indian cotton with a heat proof lining.
Product IBIK01: I need to have the ironing board out all of the time for work, so wanted something that looks nice - which isn’t very easy to find. From this point of view I’d give it at least 5 stars, but it smells so horrible - like it maybe got damp in storage or something, and I can’t get rid of the smell.

Service: The product itself is amazing in terms of quality and feel though a little pricey if you ask me. This time, I had a problem with (international) delivery as the website quote was massively understated and part of my order was missing from the courier delivery. Luckily, customer service support was swift and professional so I got my full order soon after. I had to explore third party couriers and managed to find a much cheaper quote.

Excellent ironing board - solid and has made ironing an absolute pleasure. My clothes look like they have been steamed flat and I haven't seen results like that on padded metal ironing boards.

After leaving my 5 star review I had an incident that meant I leant across the board with more force than normal but not full body weight. This meant 2 opposing joints on the legs opened.
I contacted company who were efficient but said it was not a manufacturing issue. However the carpenter who fixed it said legs would be better and stronger as one piece of wood not laminated joints. I had not noticed this before. I still love my ironing board and am using it again. Just disappointed by such a small detail like this weakening the board.
