Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The maximum load on the dryer is 7kgs. The maximum load on the last rail is 2kgs.
The dryer folds back as far as the shelf, and this can be extended as a little or as far as 60cm to use.

Service: No complaints. Drying rack is sturdy and beautifully finished, delivery service good. Only suggestion would be to ask for the text announcing the pending delivery to name Garden Trading as I had another delivery today and it could have been confusing.
Product CDCH02: I like the look of the clothes dryer, it is quite heavy and with only two tiny screws to hold it up would not stay on the wall. Had to drill extra holes through the back and use much stronger fixings. Otherwise fine.
