Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product BWCE01: I love the “organic” appearance of these and they go well with other grey perfectly circular regular pieces that I wanted to mix them with. I feel let down by the replacement item which has 2 areas where the glaze hasn’t quite “taken”

I am not happy since the page about the FEES was not reported and the package is held in Spain, they do not deliver it to me nor does anyone contact me to get this package, I have contacted customer service and for now they have not solved me the problem.
