Serve up stacks of salad with the Midford Serving Spoons. Part of our Midford collection, the collection is made from mango wood with organic grain patterns and a soft texture.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product SSMW01: Looked nice when they arrived. But as with most garden trading wooden items, they haven’t been finished and sealed. So after the first use and hand wash, they have become furry and rough in texture. They really feel horrible. I’ve tried giving them a light sand and oil (shouldn’t have to do this) but it’s not got me anywhere. Wish I’d bought more expensive ones from a competitor.
Service: Garden Trading offer a good service. Deliveries sometimes take a while to arrive. But otherwise it’s very good.
Product SSMW01: Still not received it yet!!!

Given that it has been almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t received my order I am disappointed given I was told it would be delivered within 10 days. I was also told someone from Furdeco would contact me to arrange delivery- nobody did! I had to phone them yesterday and it turns out the delivery will be made at some point on Monday ( more than the 10 working days stipulated).

Service: I was misinformed that all items would arrive last week. Now I am told I can expect to wait another 2 months for one item and still waiting to hear about fish drainer. Having thrown away old dish drainer because delivery was expected I am now without. When I spoke to CS they were apologetic but that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience.
