Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Haven't received my purchase yet, dpd said they were delivering Friday 1st Feb, then Saturday 2nd but it hasn't arrived yet and tracking not much help maybe you could find out where it us and let me know. Many thanks
Product ENSP01: Had looked at this pot on website but blue was not a colour I wanted- anyhow had to add a small value item to get free delivery on my order so the pot made it. The colour is a rather nice blue enamel, not too big to be too obtrusive/ clumsy looking
Service: Easy to navigate website, speedy delivery and awkward shaped items carefully packed- only lost a star because of excessive plastic used in packing- good value products
Product ENSP01: Smaller than the pics would suggest (down to me to do some measuring though). Similarly the colour seems different to the pics. Looks more grey than blue, but in some lights it’s blue. Nevertheless love the sugar pot.
Service: The customer service is great, you get through directly to a person at their main home in Oxfordshire. Unfortunately I had to call them as two of the items were faulty/damaged. I spoke to Jessie who could not have been more helpful in getting the items replaced.
