Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: There is quite a lot of feedback saying items were received broken or damaged and one of my items was damaged when it arrived. It had clearly been sent out damaged perhaps you need to check items properly before dispatching them? However I have ordered quite few things and am generally happy with the service and quality of the items.
