Our contemporary Borough Bread Bin combines matt steel with a natural beech lid, cleverly doubling as a chopping board for quick and convenient slicing. Choose from two colours: soft Lily White or smart Charcoal.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: I had read reviews that said the product had arrived dented but assumed that would have been resolved for future deliveries. My product arrived with two significant dents. Disappointing as you can tell it could be a nice product.

Product BBCO02: Nice colour tin, board quite light. Unfortunately the bread bin arrived with a few dints. We managed to push them out a little making them less obvious. The lid isn’t great fitting, you have to put it on in a certain way! Looks nice, but it’s a little shame about the actual design.

There was a small issue with the bread bin which was resolved very quickly through Garden Trading's exceptional customer service.
It was just what we needed for our new kitchen.

Very shortly after receiving our order we experienced an issue with part of it so I rang the company. Firstly to explain the problem - without hesitation I was given a number of options that would resolve the issue. Having discussed my conversation with my wife I rang them again - we opted for what was probably the most drastic solution, to return all the goods in exchange for another, similar, product.
"Absolutely no problem" was the response and our revised order was delivered next day and our original order collected at the same time.
It is the first time we have purchased from Garden Trading and it was a most pleasurable experience. It is so refreshing dealing with a company that genuinely has their customers satisfaction as the focal point of the business.

Product BBLW01: Lovely bread bread, a felt the tin is a little flimsy but it works and the lid is fab as it doubles up as a board.
Service: I loved my items and customer service has been excellent. The ravello pot with handles was terrible quality, it had so many dents and cracks. I emailed customer service and the sent a replacement straight away but that ones just as bad! It’s a shame as quality is normally what I expect from this company and everything else has been lovely. I think it lets down the name a bit. I can’t fault the customer service though.
