Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product BBCL05: The bread bin l ordered was well packed, it was the perfect colour and size but unfortunately out of shape. The sides of the bin were warped so slanted away from the base at an ugly angle!!! I have sent it back and am awaiting a replacement. Hopefully with straight sides. Disappointing.

Product BBCL05: Great despite their sticker which has left residual glue both inside and out which is impossible to remove
Service: Quick and easy purchase. Let down by the branded sticker attached to bread bin. Impossible to remove the glue this is now a magnet for dust and dirt on the inside and outside of it. Very annoying!

Service: Easy to use website and very efficient delivery within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely use Garden Trading again. Loved the chalk bread bin, looks great in my new kitchen. Just 1 negative the Garden Trading sticker was stuck to the front of the item and it was very difficult to remove the stickiness. Place on the back of the product or change the sticker.

Product BBCH02: Breadbin cost £28, and I thought it flimsy and cheap. It was also scratched on the front near the word 'bread'.
Service: My purchase was damaged, even though it had a quality check sticker on it. However, they were quick to respond to my complaint and gave me a 50% discount, which was paid back into my account promptly.
