Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: I thought the service level was very good. They kept me informed about my order and although it took longer than I originally anticipated I wasn’t in a rush for anything. The goods came really well packaged with no damage.

Packed very well for glass and arrived unbroken thankfully. But do watch the size when purchasing as I should really have got two smaller ones instead of large ones. They are proving difficult to use. I couldn’t return as I wanted to as I’d removed the labels.
I thought I’d carefully checked the size against my fridge but obviously not accurately enough.
