We have reduced our Garden Trading team following government guidelines and so deliveries are taking a little longer than normal. Please bear with us whilst we work to safely deliver your order as soon as we can. Orders placed using standard UK Delivery are currently taking up to 7 working days to dispatch. We’ll keep you updated should this change, thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning.
