Delivery Costs:
If you have purchased an item that requires courier delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, for deliveries from Thursday November 5th we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. Courier collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time. Pre-order items will be delivered up to 14 days after the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. This does not need to be fixed to the wall, however it does come with the necessary straps so that it can be fixed if desired.

Service: Excellent service and delivery as always. However actual product was a bit “rough and ready”. I was expecting to have to apply hard wax oil but I did not expect to have to sand all the shelves as they were so rough to touch. Now that it is sanded and had two coats of wax applied it looks very nice.
Product FUOA03: I have had a terrible experience buying from this company. I bought the Hambledon ladder bookcase. It was delivered while I was at work so my children took delivery of it. When I got home and took a look it was both damaged and badly finished. I arranged for a refund and for it to be picked up today. I took the day out of work and have waited in all day for it to be picked up but no one showed up. I emailed and no one got back to me. I called but there was no answer. I have just got through and been told they had failed to put the delivery on their books. They won't pick up on a Saturday so I am going to have to take a day out of work again, and wait in all day again, for it to be picked up with no confidence they will pick it up. I thought you get what you pay for so bought the more expensive bookcase from this company expecting good quality and good service but have ended up with a bad product and bad service.

Product FUOA03: Item as described, good detail on the website regarding dimensions and accurate photos of the wood’s finish. My one suggestion would be to package the corners and feet of the shelving better (foam etc.) to protect in transit.

be buying good quality from Garden Trading based in our recent experience of buying a small
bistro set which had a very high quality paint finish.
Product FUOA02: The raw oak Hambledon shelf ladder is good quality and looks great. I had a tricky small space to fill and the details of all dimensions on the website, including spaces between shelves, was very helpful. Reasonably priced as well, compared to similar products on other sites.
Service: Item I ordered wasn't in stock, so I was "pre-ordering" for when stocks were in again. I often expect to wait longer than indicated in these circumstances, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the goods within about 3 days of being in stock again.
