Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes up to 5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: I ordered a large selection of bottles and pots as a couple of mix and match gifts in addition to a trough for myself. Unfortunately the largest of the pots arrived damaged. Customer Services were lovely to speak to and arranged for a replacement pot which arrived today with loads of protection and it’s perfect. Will be happy to order again and can thoroughly recommend the company. Thank you x
