Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. I have docked one star as one of the vases I ordered had a crack running top to bottom and looked used with water marks on the inside bottom, it wasn't fit for purpose, however, I contacted Garden Trading customer service, they were polite and helpful, and within a week a replacement was provided. So, 5 stars for service. I would, based on this first experience, purchase from Garden Trading again.

Product SPCN01: These are beautiful pots, very well made with a cool industrial rough finish. BUT - the only problem is that (given their purpose is to hold houseplants, which need watering) they are not waterproof, so you need to put a dish or something in the bottom to prevent water seeping onto the surface the pot stands on. I wish the inside was glazed, or that they would come with an internal saucer ready fitted, to make them fit for purpose - and then they would be perfect!

These are really good quality and feel very hard wearing. They look super with our houseplants. Big enough to pot a plant directly inside or just to stand a pot in.
Only disappointment is that there is a sticker/glued label on the inside - the residue is difficult to remove. However it can't be seen when a plant is inside.
