Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. This does not need to be fixed to the wall, however it does come with the necessary straps so that it can be fixed if desired.

Product FUOA02: The raw oak Hambledon shelf ladder is good quality and looks great. I had a tricky small space to fill and the details of all dimensions on the website, including spaces between shelves, was very helpful. Reasonably priced as well, compared to similar products on other sites.
Service: Item I ordered wasn't in stock, so I was "pre-ordering" for when stocks were in again. I often expect to wait longer than indicated in these circumstances, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the goods within about 3 days of being in stock again.

Service: Disappointing that we were notified that our items would be delivered on Monday 16th (perfect) but were actually delivered on Friday 13th, whilst we were away. The huge parcel (shelving unit and peg rail) was left at a neighbour's house for 3 days until our return. Although they were very understanding we felt embarrassed they had had to accommodate it for so long.
