You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. There are keyhole hooks on the reverse of the Peg Rail, that should be hooked onto screws in the wall.

Service: Disappointing that we were notified that our items would be delivered on Monday 16th (perfect) but were actually delivered on Friday 13th, whilst we were away. The huge parcel (shelving unit and peg rail) was left at a neighbour's house for 3 days until our return. Although they were very understanding we felt embarrassed they had had to accommodate it for so long.
