Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. We are able to ship to Portugal, once you add all your items to your baskets and fill out your full delivery address it should automatically workout the delivery cost. Although, if your basket consists of large 2man items you will be prompted to email customer services where we would obtain a shipping quote for you.

Product is great but is very heavy for a 50yr old woman to carry on her own, up two flights of stairs to her front door.
Had I of known that the ladder was going to be dumped at the entrance to the building I would have made sure there was someone there to help me. Whilst I reiterate that the product was good, Garden Trading were not very apologetic when I contacted them after causing injury to my back.
Product SLCN01: I really like the ladder shelf, it's just what I wanted. It's solid and is stylish and contemporary. A few tweaks on the design and it would be perfect for me.
Service: The correct item arrived within the time frame and was in good condition. I thought it was going to be unwrapped and the boxing taken away but, no, it was delivered and the driver left. I had a packet of plastic bits without instructions. I have no idea what they were for and the ladder shelf is in situ without them. Did they belong to another item??

Mixed experience. My initial delivery date was cancelled due to the couriers they use suddenly become unavailable, which meant a big reorganisation of my diary to accommodate the new delivery date. Several emails I’ve sent to customer services have gone unanswered. Prices quoted for an evening or weekend delivery were in excess of £120-for a bookcase.
Hoping the product, when it does arrive, goes some way to correcting the experience.
