Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product HRGA01: The hooks are very poor quality. The metal is thin and the fixings are in the corners so if you put any weight on the middle hooks they pull away from the wall and the metal bends. This means you can only put very light things on the central hooks.
