The Weekend Folding Luggage Rack is the perfect addition to any bedroom or guest room. Crafted with a Beech frame and neutral fabric straps, it can be placed in a vacant corner or at the end of the bed to hold bags, holdalls and suitcases....
We have reduced our Garden Trading team following government guidelines and so deliveries are taking a little longer than normal. Please bear with us whilst we work to safely deliver your order as soon as we can. Orders placed using standard UK Delivery are currently taking up to 7 working days to dispatch. Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product FLBE01: Nice item, but it arrived damaged.
Service: The purchase online was easy, but the delivery was catastrophic (the delivery man did not want to come to our house and asked us to go and meet him at his other delivery point, a few km from our house. He called me 4 times, and I had to negotiate and stay firm!), and one of the goods was damaged (the bow was open and the item Inside dirty).

Chronopost said I had provided an incomplete address (which I had not); then, tried to deliver it the following day with insufficient advance notice. Then, notified me it was sent to a post office. I emailed Garden Trading about this issue and never received a response. Not very happy with the service. Products are fine.

Service: We were given a day that the parcel would arrive and it didn't turn up. No message, nothing. It turned up the following day. Luckily we were on holiday, but ordinarily this would have caused a big problem if we had planned to be home from work on the expected day of delivery.
