Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The wine rack is fantastic, looks great up on the wall. Cast iron pan is great, used twice already and my other items also very good.
Some issues with DPD delivery, outside of GT control. However, customer service at GT has been extremely responsive in what is a busy time of year, but made that bit harder due to COVID.
Thoroughly recommend and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
