Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: I previously purchased 2 Bathford planters and when one of them started to disintegrate not 10 months after purchase, I complained to customer services. When I chased them (they didn’t come back to me) they said they wouldn’t do anything as I must have damaged it myself!! When I informed them the courier had kindly placed it where it was, all I had done was fill it with compost and a tree, they did send another! I wasn’t hugely impressed, but gave them another go. I ordered the sea grass hanging basket (which is lovely) and a wire noticeboard which was a bit wonky. Again I contacted customer services and was told it is supposed to look rustic - this wasn’t rustic, this was bad workmanship! At this point I cancelled my Barrington plant stand as I had lost faith in them. They confirmed this wouldn’t arrive and they would refund me. A few days later I found this in my shed! It was actually ok so I kept it but I wouldn’t recommend them as a company.
