All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product CLCN02: Terrible - arrived damaged with one hand swinging. Replacement arrived not fixed into box and with virtually no protective packaging. Goodness knows how it survived.
Service: Terrible experience. For the second time within a month the goods were damaged and had to be returned, some due to totally inadequate packaging and others already damaged in box. Ashwicke desk is nice looking but not the quality I was led to expect. Also they don't tell you it has ties on one the back of one side (presumably to anchor it to a wall) which you have to remove if you don't want to anchor it to a wall... And a non-removable sticker on the bottom left of the opposite side - top side up. Why on earth would you put a non-removable sticker on the top side of the desk right where you can see it, and spoil a nice peice of wood? Who would buy a piece of furniture with a sticker on the top??? Absolutely ludicrous. why not put it underneath if you must put it on? Needless to say it's not there now thanks to some excellent sticky stuff remover, a great deal of risk and a lot of patience. The Carver Chair is nice - heavy and looks good. Thankfully it was not damaged.
Product CLCN02: Clock face is really clear and the dark grey goes well in the kitchen
Service: The goods were well packaged and the delivery was quick. The clock and the marble chopping board were birthday gifts for my daughter and she was delighted with both. The chopping board will last for years and the clock's face was very clear and the dark grey colour will go with her kitchen.
Product CLCN01: Clear clock face. Looks as it does on the website. Simple classic design. Good value. Just have to get used to the ticking noise.
