Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Returned a low-quality and broken shoe locker - looked fabulous on website, poorly made, packaging non-existent and arrived broken. Note sizing for children’s shoes only again not stated on website.
Other products ordered good quality but had to chase for boot rack.
On plus side lady very helpful on phone and arranged collection and I have since received refund for locker and courier charges

I wanted to provide a review on something I ordered a few years ago, but couldn't retroactively do, so I will make up for it now. We ordered a Rive Droite Bistro Set 2 years ago. Last summer, one of the chairs broke. I called to order a replacement as it was not fixable. Not only did I not have to pay for a new chair, I was offered a whole new set because the grey was a darker shade than my original set. I didn't need another table with 4 chairs, so ended up gratefully taking two chairs instead. It is this type of interaction that makes one loyal for life. The customer services rep didn't have to do this. It was completely unexpected and as such, so much more appreciated. Thank you very much for the continuous excellent service.
