Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Excellent - the oblong doormats arrived in a couple of days. They are already in place on the doorsteps to the outside (which are painted white) so have saved me having to clean up the doorstep every time you go outside, even though there are bigger mats outside. The steps are wide, so perfect for your 75x 25 mats.

One Order but delivery spread across two separate deliveries/days. Ordinarily this would be ok but delivery note implied full contents of the order were present. On inspection this wasn’t the case, so we contacted you to query. Thankfully the second delivery arrived the next day. You eventually replied to our email but rather dismissively of query. Customer Service is key.
