Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Amazing delivery they deliver with DPD which are the best for telling you a time slot and being able to leave in a safe place. This is the third time I have ordered with the Garden Trading and there products are amazing ! The lights are such good quality for money too !! Also I did return one light due to it being to big and they refunded within the same week off sending it back ! That’s never happened before with a small retailer! Will defo order again !!

Fab service. Great range of beautiful things that have made life more organised and have maintained my sanity for WFH. I normally don't get the chance to organise the inside of the house because out at work. Has been lovely to gradually work round the place and sort things out. The range is very lovely and brings joy on a daily basis- even to acts of drudgery!!
