Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product DMCO03: Massively into anything with a star lately, so this doormat was a must. Unfortunately it arrived with a tuft missing from the black star. As the design and colour are so contrasting it was very noticeable, although a small tuft. GT offered replacement.
Service: The customer service is great, you get through directly to a person at their main home in Oxfordshire. Unfortunately I had to call them as two of the items were faulty/damaged. I spoke to Jessie who could not have been more helpful in getting the items replaced.
