Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: I’m afraid the packaging of my order was awful - two plant pots were wrapped only in tissue and a bit of brown paper and so arrived totally destroyed. Replacements were promised but I’ve still not received them. Pretty poor really, a bit of common sense from whoever was packing the items would have told them it wasn’t sufficient to protect the pots in transit.
