Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: The Swedish door mat is very well made and deli erg was fast. I ordered thus doormat while on holiday and it was delivered the day after I came home, such quick delivery and the goods were very competitive priced.

Service: When the discount code wouldn’t work online, I phoned to place my order & the person who assisted me was friendly & very helpful. I ordered two items which were delivered separately one day apart. In view of climate change etc I would have preferred both parcels to be delivered in one delivery. This sort of thing should be considered by suppliers who send so many items in this way.

Product DMWO01: Looks good but not sure how long it's going to last. All the slats are on the ground. Three more slats could be secured to the underside; one in the middle and one at each end, to keep it more off the ground.
Service: The reason for only two stars was due to the excessive amount of unnecessary packaging used. With the amount of waste in the world, this really needs to be given immediate attention.
