Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The vinyl back gives the doormat a small amount of grip. If you would like the mat to be non-slip we would recommend purchasing grips for the underside.

Product DMCO12: I love these coir mats and this was the second one I purchased for another door/doorway. BUT (and I understand that coir is a “natural” product) the mat has a few very noticeable thick coir bits which I think should have made this mat a sale or outlet item rather than a full price item.
Service: The order and delivery were good. I would have preferred a couple more notifications as the time between the order and delivery seemed a little longer than normal.

Product DMCO35: Great double mat, fitted perfectly, stripes are really bold and stand out really well, is super easy to hoover off unilke my old mat. Has a few small wedges of wood in to fill up any holes but unless super close to the mat you really cannot see them. Ordered the smaller version to go by my front door now.
